The last six years has been like a a roller coaster ride. You get in the cart, you reach the first big slope, you feel a hole in your stomach, you close your eyes and you hold on tight as you take the fall. Then comes the feeling of joy and the thought “I overcame the challenge!” And you keep going, and even though you know that new ups and downs will come, nothing will make you get off the extraordinary “ride” known as the entrepreneurship adventure!

Overcoming the challenges of entrepreneurship is a journey that transforms your life, puts you to the test and reminds you that, if you don’t have a big “why” to take it on, you will run out of gasoline halfway and return home to your job and comfort zone with your tail between your legs. Fortunately, we, Carmen and Blanca, have a gigantic “why” to undertake, so much so that sometimes we try to maintain a balance between knowing that we are on a mission to serve the world, and remembering that we are just an instrument of the Universe supporting the expansion of human consciousness.
Here we are, talking to you, another person who undoubtedly feels the same way. Some of us are born recognizing early in life that we are not here by chance, and that there is a purpose we are living on Planet earth right now.

But, let us start at the beginning

More than six years ago we met in an online meeting. The purpose of this meeting, in which several women participated, was to collaborate in the creation of social enterprises. Projects that improve people’s quality of life. We did not know that, on that particular day, we had received the gift of finding ourselves on a planet with eight billion inhabitants. We quickly realized that we have a spiritual connection so unique that we had always been searching for each other. Blanca Cesilia remembers that since her adolescence she knew that there was someone somewhere in the world that she had to find, a profound feeling that disappeared when she met Carmen Delia.

Here is a brief summary of our story. After recognizing our unique and deep connection, we engaged in the process of transforming our lives to make room for each other, including family, getting married and finally moving to Ecuador, as a neutral and transitional space while we finished creating a new map for the future. Serving humanity remained our common motive, in fact, we believe that it is the reason why the Universe gave us our initial online meeting, and that it was part of the Divine plan.

During the time we have been stationed in this beautiful place in the middle of America, we build a laboratory to research, analyze and create a new way of building businesses that serve the world . A 24/7 laboratory in which the Universe transmitted to us the details of the GPS needed to build the businesses that will solve the world’s crisis . We received the details of that GPS through dreams, channeled writing and many signs that appeared as inexplicable coincidences. Today, the Universe continues to operate strongly in our lives to help us fulfill our part of the plan.

The revelation of "Ethical-Spiritual Entrepreneurship"

Blanca Cesilia did not know anything about sacred geometry six years ago, however, all the images related to what she had to create came to her in those codes. Every morning she was transformed as she searched for the name and meaning of what had come to her in her dreams. The Phi symbol and the Tree of Life were among various symbols that connected with the work that Carmen Delia had started years before during her trips to Mexico as trainer of “innovative businesses”. Both reviewed the information that began to appear. Carmen analyzed everything with the business filter and asked these two questions: does this make sense for a business? Will this project be viable?
At the same time, it became clear to us that this was a new Business model, and that it went beyond the scope of social enterprises. The logic of this new approach was to go to the causes of social crises, without band-aids or temporary solutions, in order to transform the roots of our planetary problems. What are these roots? The answer was right in front of our eyes, our beliefs! It is our beliefs that allow the existence of discrimination, oppression, exploitation, war, etc. All human conflicts rest on beliefs that are organized in our ways of thinking (paradigms) about the world (cosmovisions). Up to this point we were looking at Ethics, or what could be called Ethical Entrepreneurship. But it was clear to us that the Universe wanted to show us more, it wanted to tell us that there is a deeper root of all roots. And that root is the primordial belief that “we are separated from God” (Duality). It was then that we recognized that these new ventures needed to be non-dual, holistic, systemic and integrative Ethical-Spiritual Ventures.
Our task and challenge was to apply the new “paradigm of complexity”, that up to now has been limited to the philosophical and scientific discussions of great thinkers, and expand this new consciousness by integrating Hinduism, quantum physics, and other discoveries (visions), applicable to daily life and to society, and to transform them into resources that truly help human beings to awaken to love and Unity.

And now that?

How you can well imagine, after accessing these revelations, we have been committed to discovering how to build ethical-spiritual projects based on the methodology that we created with the information that was Divinely revealed to us. This Universal knowledge, added to Carmen’s business knowledge and Blanca’s psychosocial tools, make up the three pieces of the puzzle. We understand that humanity is experiencing a great moment, a quantum leap towards a new consciousness, and that ethical-spiritual businesses will bring to life projects consistent with this new mentality. These new businesses will create new schools, new products and services, and new media, all sustainable in a “new” society that loves the land where it lives, respects animals and recognizes itself as part of a greater whole that observes God/Universe/Love everywhere.
Today, we have the key to create these new projects, and we are starting by creating and building the first five ethical-spiritual ventures.
